大公子星期日學校的管弦樂團要在附近的州立國家公園演出 晚餐我們也跟著訂了雞肉餐(這個主要都是為學校募款) 訂購單上頭有個選項 就是要不要帶甜點去分享 阿珠珠也給他勾起來 總是要盡一份心力囉 所以 今天就動手做杯子蛋糕 星期天帶去分享~~ :)
Vanilla Cupcakes
材料

1: 烤箱預熱華氏375度(=攝氏190.5度)
2: In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add in the eggs, two teaspoons vanilla, salt and baking powder. Add flour and milk in batches, starting and ending with flour. Stir until batter is smooth and satiny.
3: Fill paper-lined muffin tins with batter. Bake at 375° for 18- 20 minutes.
4: For frosting, whip together the box of confectioners' sugar, half-and-half, and one teaspoon vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
5: Allow cupcakes to cool about 45 minutes and frost
6: This recipe didn't specify, but I used all-purpose flour.
7: To the frosting, I added a bit more half-and-half to reach a thinner consistency.
Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

In a standing mixer fitted with a whisk, mix together sugar and butter. Mix on low speed until well blended and then increase speed to medium and beat for another 3 minutes. Add vanilla and cream and continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute more, adding more cream if needed for spreading consistency
